Christmas Light Installation FAQs

When should I schedule my Christmas lights installation?
Lights can be installed year round. Our schedule really starts picking up by mid-October, so our flexibility with appointments decreases. We recommend you schedule early for the best appointment options!
How much will it cost?
The cost of your holiday lighting will depend on the number and the types of lights you choose and the places they are installed. We make every effort to give accurate estimates, However, because every home and tree is different and changes may occur during the installation based on customer requests, your actual cost will be based on the number of strands of lights actually installed.
Am I buying or leasing the lights?

We lease our lights, allowing you new options and the latest designs from season to season. The cost per strand includes installation, maintenance and removal. All lights, greenery and electrical accessories are the property of Utah Tree Works and will be stored by our staff at the conclusion of the holiday season.

Will you install the lights I already own?

Yes, that is an option.  We charge an hourly rate for the installation and removal of customers’ lights.

What happens if my lights go out?
Maintenance is included in the cost of the lights. Call, text or e-mail us with your address and the location/description of the outage and our service techs will be out to repair your lights!
 
When will the lights be taken down?

All lights installed for the Christmas season will be removed by the end of January.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Utah County, Salt Lake County and some surrounding communities.
